
About FIABCI
​The International Real Estate Federation is a business networking organization for all professionals associated with the real estate industry (architects, developers and constructors, investors, asset and property managers, brokers and real estate agents, PropTech companies, lawyers, notaries, and other experts).
FIABCI is active in 83 countries with 2.300 members in 45 chapters supported by 1.000.000 affiliates.

FIABCI was officially founded in 1951 by five local chapters: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, and the USA. In 2026 we will celebrate the 75th anniversary of FIABCI
at the Farewell Dinner Friday night. FIABCI Austria invites all participants to experience a Viennese summer ball night to celebrate this special occasion together.

Our goal as an networking organisation is increasing the professional effectiveness of real estate experts. We are market-oriented and create positive images of the future in the real estate industry that serve society.

History of FIABCI
Present in 50 national and multinational federations FIABCI has held a Roster since 1971 and a special consultative status since 1996 at the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations.
