Registration for the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, June 8–12, 2026, Vienna offers flexible options to suit all participants. Different registration categories are available for FIABCI members, non-members, young professionals and delegates requiring partial packages, ensuring that every participant can choose the option that best fits their needs.​​

Terms and Conditions
Group Registration via FIABCI Chapters for local members and non-members

We offer the following incentives for chapter-organized group bookings:

  • Access to early bird rates, regardless of the actual registration date.

  • Flexible delegate replacement: registered participants can be replaced by others (subject to a deadline closer to the event, for badge preparation) in cases such as visa rejection, illness, etc.

  • Option to choose between the Full Package or individual activities based on a breakdown of fees.

  • Please have in mind that we only offer a limited kontingent of rooms in the congress hotel HILTON VIENNA for the offered rate. We recommend to get in touch with FIABCI Headquarter and FIABCI Austria as soon as possible to block the hotel rooms for your group.

  • Please contact FIABCI international for your Chapter Group Booking vial Email to: info@fiabci.org

  • Group registrations are only possible for FIABCI members and must be made through the respective national chapter. The stipulations outlined in chapter 1 “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” apply also for group registration. In addition to the above stipulations, the following additions apply: Name lists must be submitted to fiabci@mondial-congress.com using the provided Excel template until April 30, 2026. Changes can be made afterwards through the Change Portal until May 31, 2026. After this deadline, no further changes are possible.​​

3. ACCOMMODATION

General Terms
Mondial Congress & Events has been appointed as official housing agency. Hotel bookings are managed in name of and on behalf of the hotel and are independent of the congress registration.

All prices are stated in Euro for the total selected stay incl. breakfast, legal charges and VAT, if not specified otherwise. If higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the rates. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

Individual hotel bookings (1-2 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference/congress).

Small group bookings (3-9 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of the full prepayment or a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference/congress). The payment and cancellation conditions for large groups (10+ rooms) are arranged within individual contracts.

Cancellation
For the Hilton Vienna Park, received by December 3rd 2025, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net.

For cancellations received after this date the given credit card will be charged with the amount of all nights.

For cancellations for the Hotel Wandl and Hotel Motel One Wien Staatsoper received by April 29th 2026, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net.

For cancellations received after this date the hotel is entitled to charge the amount all nights as cancellation fee.

Only written cancellations are accepted.
For name changes, a modification fee of EUR 30,- net will be charged.

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

The hotel and Mondial Congress & Events are entitled to charge the given credit card with the amount resulting from the booking and cancellation conditions.

Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card guarantee (together with your booking details) will be forwarded to the selected hotel. The booking is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to test the credit card by pre-authorising one or all nights booked after the cancellation deadline respectively shortly before the arrival of the guest.

Sensitive Data

Sensitive data (such as special dietary requirements) collected with the consent of the data subjects, as well as information from statistical data collection, will be irretrievably deleted after the event's follow-up. All other data will be retained for seven years to comply with the statutory retention period under the Value Added Tax Act of 1994 and to enable follow-up support (e.g., subsequent participant confirmations and presentation certificates).
