Data collection, use and disclosure
Participation in the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress requires the provision of personal and company data. By participating and submitting the application documents, the participant or their representative expressly declares that they are authorized to transmit this data and that they are not infringing on the rights of third parties.
Furthermore, the participant expressly agrees that the data provided by them may be collected, processed (stored), and used for the purpose of organizing and conducting the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress. This consent also includes use in media coverage (in particular radio, television, internet, and print media), documentation in the yearbook and online gallery on the website, and use in further film and photo recordings of the award-winning properties, whereby the following types of data are conclusively included:

Name of the submitting company and the respective project managers, including title, first and last name, date of birth, address and electronic contact details,

Project data, including project and company key figures, plans, technical sketches, visualizations of the project to be submitted,

Photos, film recordings of the persons involved and project managers

Company data (in particular, company name, industry/field of activity, registered office/business location, name of the managing director and other representatives, including their function, ownership structure, business figures)
No separate fee or remuneration is associated with the declaration of consent. Participants are responsible for protecting the property rights to their work and assure that their participation and the publication of the results do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Optional consent to data transfer
By checking the box for data transfer on the registration form, the participant also agrees that the submitted documents and photos as well as (personal) data may also be passed on to cooperation partners of the organizer and made available to them for the above-mentioned purposes. This consent covers the following sub-associations, cooperation partners, and companies:

No separate remuneration or compensation is associated with the declaration of consent to data transfer. Participants are responsible for protecting the property rights to their work and assure that their participation and the publication of the results do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Revocation of the optional declaration of consent to data transfer: Participants may revoke the optional declaration of consent to data transfer at any time and object to the further use of their data at any time. The revocation must be made in writing and sent to: office@fiabci.at. Immediately upon receipt of the revocation or objection, the participant's personal data will no longer be processed or used and will be destroyed by the organizers. Revocation of the optional declaration of consent to data transfer will result in the participant's exclusion from the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress..
