Celebrating 75 Years of FIABCI
The Farewell Dinner begins with a very special ball opening dance, performed by international FIABCI couples — who took part at the the “Let’s Waltz” Dancing classes earlier of this week — bringing Viennese culture to life in an authentic and unforgettable way. This occasion honours the legacy, bringing together generations of members to celebrate the past, the present and the future of the FIABCI community.
Tonight marks the 75th Anniversary of FIABCI, celebrating decades of global connection and collaboration. A milestone that will be honoured in a setting that reflects both tradition and forward-looking spirit.
Since its founding in 1951, FIABCI has grown into a worldwide network connecting professionals across continents, disciplines and markets. Today, it stands as a unique platform where local expertise meets global perspective — shaping the future of real estate together.
A central highlight of the annual Farewell Dinner is the official installation of the new FIABCI World President: Lily Chang of FIABCI Taiwan, together with the board, assumes the presidency from Antonio Campagnoli of FIABCI Italy. A ceremonial moment symbolizing continuity, leadership and the future of the global FIABCI community.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a refined dinner, inspiring program moments and meaningful encounters. From recognition ceremonies to international greetings, the program reflects the diversity and strength of the FIABCI network.
Accompanied by live music, from classical Viennese waltz to swing and timeless melodies. The celebration continues with music, conversation and shared memories, closing the congress week in an memorable way.
For the Viennese Summer Ball Night guests are invited to observe the elegant "Black Tie"-dress code: gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or dark suit with a bow tie, and ladies a floor-length evening gown.
